This series of products is a new generation of wide-range horizontal spiral vane water meters developed by the Water Cube. In terms of flow metering, this series of water meters can easily cope with the characteristics of low flow and high load in the high flow area. The impeller structure of the product adopts a fluid dynamic floating design, and its performance features include low pressure loss, high sensitivity, strong wear resistance, and stable metering, which have been unanimously recognized by users. The water meter case is treated with an advanced thermal spraying process, and the coating thickness and adhesion are twice that of ordinary spraying. The case adopts a full machining process, which greatly improves the consistency of metering performance after the movement is replaced.
The WPD series horizontal spiral vane water meters are updated and upgraded based on the WPH series, with a maximum range ratio of R315H. The WPD series products can be adapted to all intelligent communication acquisition modules of our company. What is particularly prominent is that the products can be equipped with non-magnetic stainless steel signal-generating pointers, thereby realizing the online upgrade of ordinary mechanical meters to intelligent remote-transmission IoT water meters.
